Hi 👋, I'm Jorge Niedbalski.

I am a software engineer and technical leader focused on Linux ecosystems. Over the years I have specialized in performance and observability where I build tools to find bottlenecks, debugging complex issues. I am also a core developer of FluentBit, where I contirbute features and help improve the overall project quality.

I am currently employed by Manifold security an AI security company focused on governance, inventory and uncovering hidden security threats.

Previously I worked on startups and acquired companies:

• Garnet Labs buidling a runtime security platform using eBPF.
• Chronosphere Inc where I built a telemetry pipeline product on top of Fluent Bit.
• Calyptia Inc where I built the foundation for the telemetry pipeline product.
• Canonical I became an ubuntu and debian contributor and participated in different projects on the Ubuntu ecosystems.
• Linaro I led the Arm64 deployment of OpenStack, focusing on Linux systems and ARM64 cloud platforms.
• Nimbic where we built the foundation of cloud EDA
• Betazeta Networks scalability of 100M/users month apps.
